Tide on the Jetty Gift Vouchers

Conditions of Gift Voucher Sales: 

• Gift vouchers can only be used at the venue you have chosen to make purchases of goods and services.

• Lost, damaged or stolen Gift Vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.

• Gift vouchers are not transferrable or redeemable for cash.

• Gift vouchers are valid for two years. Any balance which is not redeemed within the validity period may not be redeemed after the expiry date.

Online gift vouchers are only processed Monday to Friday.  If you require a gift voucher over the weekend, please visit our venues where you can purchase a gift voucher over the counter.

Gift vouchers that are ordered online will have the value loaded onto the voucher the next business day and will be available for collection from the venue or can be posted on request.
