The Arsonist fuels a multi-sensory dining experience with its intimate and moody environment, sensually indulgent décor, and evocative sounds and aromas of cooking with fire. Despite a custom-made fire pit and a flame grill complete with impressive moveable gantry, there are no smoke and mirrors – or kitchen walls – here. Guests can immerse themselves in the warmth, sight, sound, smell and taste of cooking with fire. The Arsonist is located in the charming bayside village of Manly, just 30 minutes from Brisbane’s CBD.

The menu sourced from seasonal, local produce will be grilled, smoked and slow-cooked using fire to deliver unique flavour
profiles. The food will be honest, real, and plentiful. Served in large portions intended to be shared, as you would around a campfire.

The speciality bar includes a nuanced wine list, signature cocktails and a superior whisky portfolio. Individual lockable vaults offer discerning whisky connoisseurs and enthusiasts the option to store a bottle of their chosen tipple.
